This new product truly amazes me! Only 7 or 9 kcal per 100g of rice (or pasta/noodles). It is very easy to cook. The only small downside is the smell when you open the package. After rinsing with water the smell left though. This meal in total has only 266 Kcal(350g) in it. Compared to the same meal with normal rice or noodles which has about 560 Kcal per portion of 350g. Zero rice etc. is sold online and in the Netherlands in a shop named Action (www.action.nl).Till next time!
